I have setup and extensively modified this osCommerce site selling contact lenses. On top of that is the website hosting and domain name (if you need one). In New Zealand I use Openhost who only charge $6.99 per month for 200MB and no setup fee. Their domain name charges are $NZ 29.50 (.COM,.NET,.ORG) or $NZ 36.50 (.CO.NZ/.ORG.NZ/.NET.NZ) per year.
